Every time I come here, I never have a bad experience. The staff is super friendly, they have tons of things for the children to do, video games, a playground and even a small theater for movies! They always provide stickers, balloons, toys and new set of toothbrush for them to leave with ! I also the cookies and water they give to us parents ❤️
Wow the atmosphere walking in was so calm and subtle a friendly greeting was given as soon as we walked in. My mom was here for her appointment to get a tooth removed everything was quick and easy checking in. I noticed the small play ground and theater right away, it was super cute! When I turned and looked to my right I saw the fun arcade area, I know the idea is that it’s for the kids but me being who i am of course I had to play a game of street fighter… I mean why not? Lol. I was offered a cookie of my choice they had about 5 different types to choose from and also a bottle of water, I’d swear I was dreaming if I didn’t know any better. The fact that they don’t need to do these things but choose to is very much appreciated. The office was so clean and well put together , I absolutely love cleanliness especially when it comes to the bathroom area. My mom was called to the back in a short amount of time and she came out pretty quick as well. I asked her how it went she said it was good, she had no complaints which is the most important part about a dentist visit. Never mind the paper asking for people to leave a review for a chance to win a gift card, This place was an awesome visit for me and the girls in the front were funny this review is well deserved for both the staff and the business. They have always been great with my kids I've gone here since I was a kid and seeing it still maintaining a warm welcoming is the best my babies loved every second they even gave my baby a little gift for her birthday this month
My baby girl don't mind coming at all they have a play area she loves and other games to play like pac man very nice easy to check in..
This is a very good place to bring you kids they have such a good environment and so many things to do while you wait.
I have been bringing my kids since they were infants and will continue to travel from across town. Love the customer service and the work they do on my now teenagers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for amazing work at affordable prices.
At first glance as you enter the building you are greeted by nice employees in what seems to be a Castle like setting. There are games a jungle Jim and lcd movies playing… when you exit your children are offered a balloon and homemade cookies for their visit… what s neat experience and the staff and employees are very professional and attentive… Tyey truly are the Smile Kings
